| I am new to this web site. How do I listen to the Webcast? |
| There are two ways to do it. First- from the home page, click on the button below the webcast description that says 'Launch Broadcast'. That will take you to a page where a big button says "Click here to play". When you click that button, the webcast will start playing. Second method is - From the top button bar, click on 'Webcast'. It will take you to a page where all editions of webcast are listed. For any one you wish to listen to, click on its title. That will take you to a page where a big button says "Click here to play". When you click that button, the webcast will start playing. |

| Do I need a special program to play the audio on this website? |
| No. Any program that is capable of playing MP3 files will do just fine. If you have Windows Media Player, it shall be able to play the webcast and other audio on this website just fine. |

| When does a new webcast appear on the website? |
| The scheduled broadcast appears every Sunday at 6:30 PM (or sometimes as early as 10 AM) Eastern Time in Canada. |

| Can I listen to webcast edition that I missed? |
| Yes. We keep a copy of the webcast for at least one year after its original broadcast date. Please click on the 'Webcast' button on the top, it will show you the list of all archived editions. You can play any of them by clicking on the title. |

| Can I download the audio clips from this website? |
| Yes. Alongside the title of each audio on this website, there is a button that says 'Download'. Click on the button and you can download it. |
